*POSTPONED* - Information event on BMBF-MOST funding announcement

The call invites proposals for Vietnamese-German collaborative applied and transdisciplinary research projects in the field of sustainable cities and urban regions for risk management at extreme natural hazards in Vietnam and Germany.

Universities and research institutes in Germany and Vietnam are eligible to apply. Partners from business, administration, planning and other stakeholders in the field of risk management have the opportunity to contribute their experiences, questions and concrete needs to the research projects as associated partners and to benefit from the dialogues and research results. The participation of associated partners in the transdisciplinary research projects is explicitly desired.

In order to prepare the project proposals, an online information session with German and Vietnamese interested parties is planned. In this online session, information on the scientific framework of this call for proposals, as well as further information on how to apply will be provided by the project management organization and your questions will be answered.

***The info event originally planned for 10.06.2021 has to be postponed due to pending coordination between BMBF and MOST, probably to September 2021. The call for proposals will be slightly delayed accordingly, but is still scheduled for 2021. Registered participants have already been informed, and will remain registered.***

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact info@vd-office.de.
