CLIENT II online workshop: Target market and customer analysis
The Client2Works team is planning a number of online workshops and trainings specifically aimed at the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) taking part in CLIENT II projects. They aim to support the development of business models, and this first webinar will focus on target market and customer analysis.
The workshop will include:
- A short introduction to target market analyses to better understand individual customer groups and their characteristics
- Interactive exercises to gain a detailed understanding of customer analyses, in order to better analyse particular customer types and particularly their soft and psychological traits
- The development of specific "empathy maps", which can help businesses switch point of view and understand their products or services from different customer perspectives
In addition to expert input on these topics, the workshop will include break-out sessions where participants can interact and exchange in smaller groups. There will also be opportunities to discuss specific questions on the topic related to your project.
This workshop will be hosted by the SEED Sustainable Entrepreneurship Initiative, which supports businesses in a number of emerging and developing countries. The companies they work with operate in many different sectors, but share a common mission to achieve positive environmental, social and economic impacts.
The workshop will be held in English on Wednesday 11 November 2020 at 14:00 (CET) and will last 90 minutes.
